Main Lodge:
Our main residence of 2400 sq. feet is often used for indoor group meetings and family gatherings. The cathedral two-story vaulted living room can accommodate several dozen visitors comfortably, with both dining and meeting space on the large adjacent deck. The residence sleeps up to 12 with up to 10 in the bunk rooms. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in the queen in the high-ceiling chamber, with a beautiful antique queen poster bed and full private bath with tub and bidet. The residence has a piano, a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and fridge, blender, toaster, microwave, utensils/cookware and dining setups (cutlery, dishes, glasses) for twelve. Outdoor deck includes a standard size propane barbecue and outdoor furniture.

The main Lodge also has a second full bath on the main floor.

The Redwood Cottage:
The original owner’s private residence, this three bedroom, two bath residence is adjacent to the lanai and stage, offering good logistics for cooks and musicians. Two bedroom includes queen beds, with the third bedroom include two twins. There are two full baths (one tub). The residence includes a large living room with piano, large kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining room and dining deck. Amenities include utensils,cookware, and dining set ups for 8.


Party Lanai:
 30ft by 60ft.covered eating area, this hub includes a traditional southwestern style in-ground pig-roasting/BBQ spit, and double restaurant sink. The Party Lanai is ideal for serving meals in conjunction with entertainment at the stage.

The Stage:
Our 40’X 40’ stage is cooled and covered by a canopy of arching and graceful madrone trees. There is an electrical sub panel at the stage. Please discuss amperage needs for your specific sound equipment.

The Gate House:
Once the weigh station and reception of this 900-man logging camp, The Gate House is approximately 1200 square feet, and offers a great floor plan with two bedrooms, one outfitted with a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom with a set of twin beds.. The Gate House includes a full kitchen with electric range, fridge, and in-kitche eating area. The living room is well appointed with a pot belly stove and pull-out couch for two extras! Amenities include dining set ups for 6, cookware, and full bath with tub.

Campsites $22/per person/per night Include bathroom amenities, and use of the property, including the reservoir. Kayaks and "whaler" fishing boat are available for rent. Our day pass for fishing, normally $25/day, is reduced to $18/day for guests of the property.

Self-contained campers can be accommodated.

Site fee for exclusive use of property, weddings and group events: $1,000.00

Rental Season Rates require a two day stay.
